Mahogany Youth Corporation is fortunate to have the support of our wonderful community. You can do your part to help the community. Listed below are ways you can help. Whether volunteering, participating in a fundraising event, or making a donation. Your support is greatly appreciated.

We currently need a building for a headquarters on fishable water. The kids can also use gently used boats and fishing tackle in good condition. A 10 passenger van is needed to transport youth and staff to fishing locations.

We are a recipient of the following grants recently:

A.D. Henderson Grant
The Children's Trust Foundation and Miami Dade County.
There is always a need for more funding because there are always more youth that need to learn how to avoid drugs, gangs and to stay in school.

We are always looking for volunteers.
You will find that volunteering, you will find happiness and strength.

Our doors stay open because of the grants above and people like you who make sure the youth have the fishing rods, equipment and transpertation they need.

When you make a donation you fund a child’s afterschool program or summer camp. Your donations fund transportation for a child to see the everglades for the first time or go to the beach and see the ocean. Many of our children have never left an 8 block radius. When they go on an airboat ride or in a boat in the ocean it is life changing. They start to consider careers in Marine Biology, boating, and then all of a sudden their world opens up to include goals, dreams and aspirations. This is what your donation means.
